65 local food producers extend an invitation to come meet with them and discover their products. Their association is based on the following set of commitments:

selling farm-fresh quality produce (by ensuring the quality of all ingredients used, in compliance with a series of strict health and hygiene regulations and technical standards directly related to the products sold), providing a friendly reception to customers through creating a hospitable, sanitary environment for presenting and selling their produce,
getting involved personally in the sales effort, submitting to quality controls conducted by the association's designated monitoring commission.

The brochure entitled "Les Bonnes Adresses" (Addresses to Remember) is available at both the local Tourist Offices and from the "Association Terroirs" offices.

Exhibit of local farm-fresh products and on-site sale: wines (Beaujolais-Villages Rouge, Blanc & Rosé, Chénas, Juliénas, Morgon, Saint-Amour, Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie, Saint-Véran, Crémant sparkling), honey, chocolate, jams/preserves, fruit juices, foie gras, snails, goat cheeses, sausages, pâtés and poultry all available on order.

Open all year round Monday to Friday: from Easter until the beginning of November: 10-12 and 2.30-6.30; from beginning of November until Easter: 10-12 and 2-6. Open every weekend and all holiday periods between Easter and Christmas, tasting possible: 10-12 and 2.30-7.
