From May to September, a number of farms throughout the department open their doors and invite the public to meet with other nearby producers, local artists and craftspeople, food industry professionals (butchers, caterers, etc.). You will be taken on a tour of the farm to discover the abundance and diversity of regional produce and specialities.
Entertainment is provided for the entire family. The day typically closes with a tasting of "Assiette Gourmande" delicacy platters.
