The Burgundy Wine School run by the B.I.V.B. association organises and coordinates a series of conferences on Burgundy wines, oenological training, weekend discovery outings and special topics in Beaune (Côte-d'Or), Chablis (Yonne), and Chalon-sur-Saône and Mâcon (Saône-et-Loire)… 18 different training sessions are offered lasting from 90 min to 5 days, in conjunction with customised services for pre-constituted groups. Sessions are open to all-comers, with or without previous wine knowledge.
